What We Offer
The RaZor Wrestling Club is designed to provide the best possible training environment for every wrestler at any age and ability level. We offer programs in folkstyle, freestyle and Greco Roman wrestling to young athletes from all over Long Island. The Junior RaZor Novice program is designed to introduce basic wrestling skills that will build a solid foundation. Our staff is committed to building character and sportsmanship in an enjoyable learning environment. The Junior RaZor Elite program is for young wrestlers that are looking for a more dynamic experience. Practices are at a faster pace with advanced techniques, an emphasis on positional wrestling and more live wrestling sessions. Our Junior RaZor wrestlers will compete in tournaments locally and out of state. The RaZor Wrestling Club members in middle school and high school will be instructed to develop good drilling habits while emphasizing advanced techniques, positional wrestling and live wrestling sessions. RaZor gives the most committed wrestler the best possible opportunity to become a champion. We will be offering clinic locations in both Nassau and Suffolk as well as at our own facility within the CATZ of Long Island training center, located in Commack. Through our partnership with CATZ, we will offer our RaZor wrestlers top-notch performance training with emphasis on sport-specific speed, strength and conditioning workouts at a discounted price. This training combined with our RaZor Wrestling Club practices, camps, private lessons and/or clinics are bound to "Sharpen Your Skills" and take our wrestlers to the next level.
