| Weather you are a beginner or a seasoned pro you can benefit from one-on-one time with our highly decorated and qualified expert coaches. Private lessons are the best way to "sharpen your skills" by focusing on particular strong/weak areas of you individual skill-set and progress at a pace only limited by your own ability. Wrestlers who work closely with our coaches consistently move on to accomplish goals they never imagined possible. | Coaches available for private lessons:
Ted DiPasquale
Matt Sganga
| | For more details on scheduling private lessons please contact our coaches directly |
An alternative to private lessons, small group instruction consists of
2 or more students training together with
our coaches. Smaller groups offer more personal attention from the coach
allowing students to work on their particular
skills but also get to practice with their peers and learn from each other.
